Abstract
This article is an attempt of consideration an organization as an object of psychological research. In this article the results of theoretical the review of the directions of psychological researches of the organizations are represented. There are researches of leadership, power, factors of group and individual behavior in organization, job motivation, its determinant and interrelations with organizational parameters, organizational culture and psychological climate, organizational specifics of interaction, communication, social perception processes, heads and subordinates, conditions of managerial efficiency. Prerequisites of social constructionism studying of the organization are provided in article.
