Abstract
The article is dedicated to reforming housing and communal services. The relevance of my work is defined as follows: public utilities are one of the most important indicators of the quality of life, housing and communal services - is the most important sector of the economy. Therefore, the inclusion of housing and communal services in the system of market relations, change management mechanism in this sphere, the reform of its effect on the whole course of economic reform in Russia. The success of housing reform determined by how its activities are carried out synchronously, the extent to which, while ensuring transparency and public awareness about the expected and the results achieved at every stage.This article is written based on the course design on the theme "Housing reform: principles, objectives, results".
