Abstract
The article describes the possibility of modeling student portfolio involved in rugby, resources for productive ideas of personality development and implementation of practice of humanism in the organization of educational work with students with different abilities and levels of health, where modeling professional-pedagogical briefcase coach rugby is defined as an extension of the idea of reflection, of self-identification and self-realization in the conditions of continuous professional education.
