Abstract
The article takes a look at the issue of consequences of social loafing and social compensation for a particular individual, group, and organisation. Tha author states that social loafing is not a uniquely negative phenomenon as well as social compensation is not exclusively positive, and gives recommendations for future researches on the problem considered.
