HISTORICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL BACKGROUND OF THE EMERGENCE OF THE CATEGORY “LEARNING TASK” (THE MID-19TH – 50IES OF THE 20TH CENTURIES)

Abstract
This article presents historical and pedagogical analysis of the development of the preconditions for development in Russian psychology theory of activity, and justification of psychological categories "task", which became later the methodological basis for the development of the theory of educational objectives. In this regard, the article discusses the development period in the history of education since the mid 19-th till 50-th years of the 20 th century In the context of this issue discusses the contribution to the development of this category of representatives of Patriotic education, as well as Soviet psychologists who developed a new view of the nature of the task, taking into account not only external but also internal factors that determine the activity of the individual in the process of their solution. Emphasizes the key role of research scientists in the creation of the necessary scientific background for further development of the category "task" is already applied to teaching science..
