PERSONALITY DESCRIPTIONS OF LEADERS AS RESEARCH OBJECT

Abstract
This article analyses the results of an empirical study of gender differences in personal characteristics of leaders for example student groups. The study suggests that there are statistically proven gender differences the following personal characteristic leaders: men-leaders have higher scale values aggressiveness, èkstravertirovannost, spontaneity versus women leaders. Women leaders have higher values for scales: introversion, senzitivnost, anxiety, lability.
