SPECIFICITY OF PERSONNEL LOYALTY WITH DIFFERENT VIEWS ABOUT THE CORPORATE CULTURE

Abstract
This article presents the results of a study of personnel loyalty as well as its relation with representations of the personnel about corporate culture. Besides, there are significant differences in the expression of components of loyalty among employees who have different views about the corporate culture. The research was conducted at the commercial bank. The sample included 30 participants.
