Abstract
The author discusses the need for counseling and psychological support to employees of companies that are caused, primarily, lack of new employees due skill, a sense of unease in the new working environment. Therefore, psychological support allows you to get the company's management more accurate picture of the place in her emotional processes and phenomena; recognize the sources and nature of occurrence, increase personal effectiveness and comfort performance of each employee.
