Abstract
The article describes the practice of modeling of Professional Education of the case in the structure of the study courses of modern pedagogy and passing pedagogical practice, refined categorical apparatus, reflected the general and special conditions of optimization modeling quality vocational teaching cases as a food preparation of future teachers in the resource form the foundations of a healthy way of life, making the foundations of humanism and efficiency, the normal distribution of abilities and health, creativity and flexibility, competitiveness and demand for product development and self-assertion of the individual and the collective.
