SYSTEM OF PRINCIPLES OF PEDAGOGICAL INTERACTION IN THE MODEL TRAINING PROCESS

Abstract
The article reveals the possibility of identifying and clarifying principles of the pedagogical interaction in the structure of the organization of the training process. The quality of training process in hockey, ensure the quality of personal development in chosen sport (hockey), the timeliness of inclusion in social relations and guaranteed the acceptance of the individual by society in the model and which is determined by the realized conditions of the productive formation of the personality in the team game. The author's system of principles of pedagogical interaction in the structure of the organization of the training process is a qualitative indicator of formation of the personality of the trainer in the continuous education.
