The article presents the research methodology the individual juridical consciousness. It describes the basic methodological principles and scientific theoretical and methodological bases of research the individual juridical consciousness. Reveals the technique of research the individual juridical consciousness of law-abiding adolescents and minors who have committed wrongful acts.
