Abstract
The article describes the possibilities of determination "self-development" category in the knowledge model of pedagogy of physical culture and sports. Features of the solution of problems in the constructs of self-realization and socialization of the individual are determined by the compliance and cultural rights. The need for training of future teachers of physical culture to solve problems of self-identity redividing the conditions of success in the chosen direction of activity and communication.
