Abstract
The article discusses the influence of pedagogical factors on the development of fitness in Russia. Fitness as a discipline of study in high school is a set of activities. Fitness as the discipline of studying in higher education institution represents a complex of actions. In it power, aerobic trainings are used; trainings on flexibility development; for occupations the wide range of used physical exercises is characteristic. Using fitness in Russian universities will help fulfill the goals and objectives formulated by President and government for health savings nation. In this paper we study the question of the specificity of the regional sports culture and sports. Considered the most important trends and implications of this process.
