Abstract
The article examines the concept and the content of the subject position, the interrelation of the leadership and the management. Particularly, among the several types of the leadership - the author distinguishes the management leadership.
In this article the author describes the research that has been detecting the influence of the leader's competence training on the forming of the socio-psychological peculiarities of the leader's person. The author of this research is interested in the regulator-activity component.
As the result of this research the author has detected the peculiarities of the management leader and has concluded that the modified programme of the training contributes to the development of the leader's abilities and the subject position of the management leader.
